999kg Terms & Conditions —
Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999kg" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated under the domain 999kg.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and financial services accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's 999kg BDT wallet at any given time, excluding any pending bonus credits or conditional promotional funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or conditional balance additions granted to a Player subject to specific wagering or use conditions.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the 999kg platform in any capacity.
• "Services" means the full suite of products offered by 999kg, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, slots, and all associated account management and financial transaction tools.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real-money Balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 999kg, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 999kg with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral. 999kg reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 below. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use 999kg. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. 999kg takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at the point of registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time 999kg deems appropriate. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any Balance forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

999kg is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999kg makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh, and players accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and on their own legal responsibility.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one active Account on 999kg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are a natural person acting in your individual capacity, that you are not registering on behalf of any corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change to ensure your records remain accurate at all times.

4.2 Verification

999kg operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. 999kg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify 999kg immediately by contacting [email protected].

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on 999kg are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any point within the 999kg platform. Where a payment provider applies its own exchange or handling fees, those are governed by the respective provider's terms and are outside 999kg's control.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

999kg currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change at 999kg's discretion. The most current list of active payment methods is displayed on the platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed on the withdrawal interface at the time of the request. 999kg reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within five (5) business days of the request being submitted, subject to any applicable security reviews. 999kg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity has triggered an internal risk review. Players will be notified of any delays and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with responsible platform operation, all transactions on 999kg are subject to monitoring for unusual patterns. 999kg reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction and to delay or decline any transaction pending the satisfactory completion of a review. Funds deposited into 999kg must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 999kg are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. Where a general term and a promotion-specific term conflict, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Certain game types — including live casino table games, certain slots, and sports betting accumulators — may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion, as detailed in promotion-specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

999kg operates automated and manual monitoring for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploiting technical errors or miscommunicated promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 999kg reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and close the associated Account.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

999kg offers a range of casino games, live dealer titles, sports betting markets, and other wagering products. The availability of specific games and markets may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 999kg makes no guarantee that any specific game or market will remain continuously available on the platform.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on 999kg — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator technology supplied by the respective game provider. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulable by 999kg or any third party. The published house edge (Return to Player percentage) for each game title reflects the statistical long-run expectation and not a guaranteed outcome for any individual session.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 999kg are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 999kg reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price. Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL organisers, etc.) after any applicable appeals process has concluded.

7.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed on the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to match postponement, abandonment, or a walkover result), 999kg may settle or void bets in accordance with the applicable market rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999kg and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account per individual person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature and failing to report them to 999kg.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the 999kg platform infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999kg staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing restricted features or circumventing security measures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999kg platform — including but not limited to the 999kg brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and any other material — is the property of 999kg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any 999kg content without express prior written permission from 999kg. Any unauthorised use of 999kg intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data

999kg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data processing activities include account registration and management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support communications.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

999kg does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical disruptions, or third-party service outages may affect platform availability from time to time. 999kg will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance where possible.

11.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999kg's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises. 999kg shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 999kg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Third-Party Services

999kg is not liable for the performance, availability, or terms of any third-party service accessed through or in connection with the platform, including but not limited to payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and telecommunications providers.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 By 999kg

999kg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) 999kg reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) account activity triggers an AML or fraud alert; (c) the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a self-exclusion request is received from the Player or a third party with appropriate authority; or (e) 999kg is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

12.2 By the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 999kg support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining real-money Balance in your account (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 999kg reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, up to a maximum of ৳200 per calendar month, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. If the Balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account will be automatically closed.

13. Responsible Gaming

999kg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. All Players are encouraged to use the platform's responsible gaming tools, which include configurable deposit limits, session duration alerts, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time.

14. Amendments to These Terms

999kg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999kg will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The amended terms will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification, or immediately where required by law or where the changes are made in Players' favour. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 999kg arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 999kg's customer support process in the first instance. Any dispute not resolved through that process within thirty (30) days of being formally raised in writing may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits 999kg's right to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
